Congress organizers can request hospitality from the City of Turku for an international event hosted in Turku. The hospitality may include either a welcome toast, coffee service, or a guided walking tour.

The City of Turku can offer hospitality by offering either a welcome toast, coffee service, or a guided walking tour. The toast or coffee service will be provided at a venue outside the city's own premises. Please note that the Turku City Hall will be under renovation from early 2025 until approximately 2028, and events cannot be held there during this period.
How to Apply
Hospitality requests should be submitted well in advance of the event in the form of an informal application. Please include the following information:- Organizer’s contact details
- Event name and date
- Estimated number of participants
- Short description of the event and program
- Preferred type of hospitality, date, and time
